The Vans
Specially adapted vans with a double sided 6 Sheet illuminated poster case mounted on the rear. The vans can drive anywhere in the UK and have been converted to run on LPG in order to reduce our impact on the environment.
Route Planning
However good your creative is it will only be effective if the right people see it. Our mobile media vans can deliver you message anywhere in the UK and allow for audience targeting by location, by event or by journey. We can assist you in planning the route of our vehicle from the simple City Centre blitz to a more detailed review of where your key audience are and where the message will have greatest effect.
Campaign Planning
Here at CMM we do know a bit about marketing, our directors are experienced and qualified marketers with experience of planning and managing a diverse range of marketing programmes from concept to delivery and beyond. If you need any support or information on how to get the best from your campaign then just ask.
Campaign Measurement
We provide all our clients with useable campaign data. This data includes information about the amount of time each vehicle has been on the road each day, how many miles the vehicle has traveled in total and where the vehicle has visited that day. The information is aggregated over the period of the campaign and the Vehicle Tracking Report (VTR) is forwarded to our clients at the end of each campaign or when requested. In addition we will provide all clients with a selection of digital photographs of their campaign showing their Poster on the CMM Vans at key locations throughout the campaign period. PR photo shoots can also be arranged if required
Printing
We know that a lot of clients will provide their finished posters for us to carry, but if you need help finding a printer or would like us to manage the production of your artwork for you then just shout and we can arrange this for you. Our relationships with our local printers mean ensure you will get high quality posters at a reasonable price.
All posters must meet the following specification:
- Visible poster area is 1800mm x 1200mm with a total poster size of around 1840mm x 1240mm to fit into the poster frame. A bleed of 10mm on all sides is advisable.
- All posters shall be printed on good quality backlit paper of a minimum weight of 105g/m² with the weight of the paper printed on a lap edge of each poster.
- 2 posters per van.
To have your poster designed/printed our printers will need:
- A copy of your logo (eps file, bromide or cromalin)
- Hard copies of any pictures or photographs up to size A3 (cleared by copyright) for inclusion
- A clear sketch of the layout your poster and the fonts and colours you would like to use (desired fonts should be supplied and colours should be marked up preferably with pantone references)
- A type written version of any copy or message you want to use on the poster
